Ace Of Base are one of the most successful Pop bands, which ruled the charts in the 1990s, producing inescapable Pop singles, including 10 UK top 40 singles. With a string of worldwide hits, they dominated a space not seen since ABBA in the 70s. This 3CD setting contains all of their massive hits, plus rare remixes and B-Sides. The collection includes 46 tracks, including UK #1 singles "All That She Wants", "The Sign", "Don't Turn Around", "Life Is a Flower", "Cruel Summer" and "Beautiful Life".
The project was initially conceived as Ace of Base's next studio album, to consist of seven new songs and seven re-recordings of hit songs. The remakes were created to give the songs a more modern feel. According to Ulf Ekberg, the compilation was a contract obligation and halted plans for the band's then-upcoming album. Though Linn's image appears on the cover of the compilation, she is not featured on any of the new material.
The re-release charted 59 for one week in the UK, and thus was Ace of Base's return to the charts since their 2010 album "The Golden Ratio" worldwide and since the 1999 compilation "Singles Of The 90s" in the UK.
The 3CD collection is a definitive career spanning set, including recordings "Remixes" and "Hidden Gems".

The first remastered re-release of the debut full-length studio album by cult American Death/Black Metal band.
Acheron was founded in 1988 by vocalist/bassist/songwriter Vincent Crowley (formerly of Nocturnus). After three demos, they recorded their cult debut "Rites of the Black Mass" album in 1992 at Morrisound Studios, with Scott Burns (Death, Deicide, Cannibal Corpse etc).
"Rites Of The Black Mass" is a prime example of a true masterpiece of uncompromising American Death Metal. It was recorded in the right time (early 90s) and in the right place, and was composed with a high level of knowledge about the satanic themes which the lyrics deal with (Crowley was involved with the Church Of Satan).
The peculiarity of this album is that each song is preceded by an intro / interlude composed and played by Peter H. Gilmore, High Priest of the Church Of Satan. Organs, synthesizers, chants and effected voices that help to create a pretty dark and evil atmosphere. Regarding the music, Acheron plays pure American Old-School Death Metal, mixing some fast songs and some slower ones. 
Another highlight is the guest appearance by Mike Browning from mighty Nocturnus as backing vocalist.
Acheron’s lyrics are about satanism, of course, and are written both by Crowley and Gilmore. What we have here is an accurate knowledge and literacy of Anton Szandor LaVey’s philosophy that conceptualizes Satan as a representation of self-spirituality and individualism. So, you won’t find tons of pointless curses or blasphemies like in the lyrics of the newest ultra-satanic, super-demonic and christophobic copycat band, but here is all very well studied and in full knowledge of the subject.
"Rites Of The Black Mass" was originally released in 1992 by the German rip off label Turbo Music, that didn’t send any royalties to the band. Then it was reissued a bunch of times by various labels throughout the years, becoming a sort of hard-to-find collector’s item. Fortunately, the Dutch label Vic Records has re-released "Rites Of The Black Mass" in a fully remastered by Tom Palms (Phlebotomized) edition. Artwork and booklet completely restored, including liner notes and interview of Wannes Gubbels (Pentacle, ex-Asphyx, ex-Soulburn) with bandleader Vincent Crowley. Also, the re-release includes "Promo 1990" as a bonus.
Any true Death Metal fan ought to have "Rites Of The Black Mass" in his collection!

The first re-release of the fourth full-length studio album by cult American Glam/Hard Rock guitarist and singer and his band.
Originally released in Germany in 1999 by Steamhammer/SPV as “Get Animal”, this was the debut album by Get Animal — a new band of Adam "Bomb" Brenner (at the time his stage name was “Pink Gibson”).
Get Animal play catchy tunes with excellent guitar work. Adam’s guitar playing is a cross of Ted Nugent and Eddie Van Halen on acid. All the songs on this release are pure dirty and catchy chorus Rock 'n' Roll. The Van Halen-ish “D.W.I.” and the Grand Funk-esque opening riff of “Je T’aime Bebe” highlight Adam’s blazing fretwork. Adam shows his influences on the AC/DC or Buckcherry sounding “Better Red Than Dead”, and proves that older artists still know how to throw down, without sounding dated.

The eighth full-length studio album by cult American Glam Metal/Hard Rock band.
In 1979, when Adam Bomb was 16 years old, he and Geoff Tate (later former vocalist of Queensrÿche) started a cover band called Tyrant. Later, Adam joined the cult band TKO, with whom he recorded the legendary album "In Your Face". In 1980, Bomb auditioned for Kiss. He flew to Los Angeles and played three songs with them, but was not invited to join the band. Instead, he moved to Hollywood and shared an apartment with Jeffrey Isbelle, better known as Izzy Stradlin. Bomb quickly became friends with Tommy Thayer, a neighbor and guitarist for the Rock band Black N' Blue (now guitarist of KISS), who suggested Adam should do his own project and call it Adam Bomb. Tommy Thayer's band Movie Star opened for TKO at The Showbox in 1981. In 1983, Adam recorded his first demos with producer Rick Keefer. He also played two gigs with Steeler as a replacement for Yngwie Malmsteen. One year later, Adam recorded more songs with the aid of drummer Chuck Ruff of Montrose and bassist Cliff Williams of AC/DC and finalized his first album, "Fatal Attraction".
Adam Bomb isn’t just one of the hardest working men in the world of music, he also lives and breathes Rock ‘n’ Roll 24/7. So when he screams “I Live For Rock ‘n’ Roll” in the opening bars of his personal tribute to AC/DC “I Want My Heavy Metal”, you better believe he isn’t kidding.
Adam Bomb's sound is Hard Rock with a Glam Rock edge and some Heavy Metal posturing. Your appetite for this one is going to depend on your love for all things '80s Rock. Adam Bomb definitely fits in to that Glam/Hair Metal style!

The seventh full-length studio album by cult American Glam/Hard Rock band.
The tragedy of September 11th effected many people, especially New Yorkers. Since then, artists have been grappling with how to voice their emotions about the subject, to get their feelings off their chest. Bon Jovi's "Bounce" and Bruce Springsteen's "The Rising" are the most successful musical reactions of this event. But Hard Rockers who want something with a bit more, shall we say, musical muscle on the subject, would be wise to turn to Adam Bomb's "Third World Roar".
A New York Hard Rock veteran, Bomb has been kicking out albums since the early '80s, first with Seattle's TKO, then on his own, then with Get Animal, and later in Michael Monroe's band. However, this solo effort is by far his most bold and personal endeavour, hitting home on many levels. On the surface, "Third World Roar" is simply a butt-kicking Rock n' Roll record about the end of the world, but at a party sense, like we're gonna Rock till the world explodes. A closer listen will reveal that Bomb is indeed wrestling with the current events and the shape of the world.
"The Beginning of the End" starts things off with a power chord bang, complete with apocalyptic lyrics and an earth-shattering solo. "Are You A Target" musically recalls Bomb's Aero-boogie sound of his "Fatal Attraction" era, while "Get Your Guard Up" is just pure Punk, Bop n' Roll, and "Rocket" sidesteps into Rockabilly territory. "The Field of Bad Dreams" gets even rootsier, sounding like Marc Bolan covering ZZ Top. Things get a bit more stark on acoustic numbers such as "Time Flies" and the Beatles-esque "Willful Blindness", but pick right back up with the Enuff Z'Nuff-like power popper "I Believe" and the blistering "Bio-Strike". By the time we get to two bone crunching closers, "Prayer For Destruction" and "Rebirth of the Earth" (which segues into the "Star Spangled Banner"), two things are clear: 1. Bomb is one pissed off dude, and 2. this motherfucker can sure play the guitar!!

The second full-length album by Italian Melodic Thrash Metal band.
"Heavy Thoughts" is well-balanced blend of the '80s sound, that characterized the band since the first album, and more modern sounds. Not always an easy listener, “Heavy Thoughts” is a chapter of what might be referred to as heavy thinking or strong contemplations. 
Generally, within the album there is a rather impressive development to Thrash Metal, with various similarities to early 90’s Megadeth’s “Countdown To Extinction” and a few technically acclaimed qualities of Annihilator of the same period.
Adamas appeared to take their music forward, still tending the heaviness with straightforward direction of riffery, exemplifying traditional to almost mini Alternative style riffs while producing a fine line of solos to throw more wood into the fire. To further spice things up, there are a few diverse rhythm section performances of high end bass notes and cool drumming. Vocally, it was more of a storytelling mixed with a direct melody less type of singing, raspy tones and the works, feeling of anger with a smell of depression. Hard to connect with but it actually suited the material.
Good album that’s worth your listening, especially if you're Megadeth fan!

The sound built around simple, but very direct rhythms, as well as classic Black/Death Metal riffs, composed in a modern way. The rhythms are very strong and often recall a certain Groove Metal, but with parts of classic blast-beats and fast double kick. The vocal parts are mainly classic growl, and a little bit of screams. The Symphonic parts in some places are only Ambient, to make the sound more homogeneous, however in other places are much present and Epic.
The themes dealt with in the lyrics are in a sense the various meanings, that can derive from "War": a real war, but also the inner war, that is present in the human being since the time of mythology. That's why some texts speak of the wickedness of the ancient deities ("Medusa" or "Breath of Phobetor"), up to the more inner, more personal war of each individual ("Revenge Doll" or "Destination Underworld").

Adhuk is a continuation of Polish band Algor. Orias and Ulfar played together under that name in late '90s.
Astral cold Black Metal in veins of early Emperor. Subtle atmospheric synth backgrounds with mostly mid-paced to fast mysterious and exotic melodies. A blackened barrage of powerful riffs, savage blast beats and a vocal style that rises from beneath the music in a grim, rasping growl of pure malevolence. The debut full-length album by Italian Progressive Thrash/Death Metal band.
"Burning Souls" has no particular influences from the Gothenburg genre or the Swedish Metal scene and that's why the album sounds so good. Adimiron is energetic as hell; this band knew how to play really tight Melodic Death Metal. They mixes frantic Death Metal with fast melodic picking patterns and the vocalist has an insane harsh scream. Band thrashes all over the place their Melodic Death Metal and they do it with ease. The guitar performance has a great deal of technical and fast picked riff lines. All the drum patterns are pretty neat as well, they basically follow the guitar melodies and they don't rush away in any strange direction. There are some blast-beats here and there; there are lots of rattling pedal work and other kinds of catchy and intense drum parts. Adimiron has a very good vocalist as well, he is not exactly gifted but his deep growls and intense screams sounds very good to the ferocious music.
The album doesn't suffer from any bigger flaws. "Burning Souls" is all about energy, speed, technique and ferocity, all in one package! People who enjoy speeded Death Metal and of course Melodic Death Metal should grab this CD, they will be satisfied for sure!!

The riffs, the chords, the solos and the song writing, you know exactly where they all took it from. But… there is something more going on this time. “Best Of” compilation album by legendary American Hard Rock/Blues Rock band.
After the hiatus late 70s with Joe Perry leaving the band, Aerosmith was not finished and would make a remarkable comeback in the 80s. With some successful albums and chart topping songs, Aerosmith was back in action to retake the crown as the greatest Rock and Roll band in America.
In 1994, "Big Ones" was released and is a definitive compilation of Aerosmith's greatest songs of the 80s and early 90s. The album featured 12 hits from the band's three consecutive multi-Platinum albums, "Permanent Vacation" (1987), "Pump" (1989), and "Get A Grip" (1993), as well as the hit, "Deuces are Wild" from "The Beavis and Butt-Head Experience" (1993), and two new songs, "Blind Man" and "Walk on Water", which were recorded during a break in the band's Get a Grip Tour. The thirteenth full-length studio album by legendary American Hard Rock/Blues Rock band.
Despite the fact that many consider this album to be the wayward point in the band’s career, "Just Push Play" is the most coherent output since 1989’s "Pump". The previous records, "Get A Grip" and "Nine Lives", struggled to balance out the band’s roots and a modern Hard Rock approach, especially when it comes to the former. On the other hand, "Just Push Play" fully embraced the current trends and a strong Pop feel, almost entirely drowning the Blues touch the band known for. The album dominated by modern Rock tracks, but band also experimented with some symphonic elements.
Another strong point of this album is the production handled by Steven Tyler and Joe Perry themselves, with the help of Mark Hudson and Marti Fredriksen. Although they still included outside producers, this album sounds a lot like their classic efforts, more so than any album recorded during the 90’s most likely due to input by the band members themselves.
The band were inducted into the Rock And Roll Hall Of Fame, making them the first band to be inducted while their song was still in the charts.
"Just Push Play" might have seemed like a risky step at the time, but listening to it today, we can freely say that this is just another classic Aerosmith record, which showcases their ability to adapt and survive in the ever-shifting music industry! "Just Push Play" was a great way to kick off the new millennium for Aerosmith and solidified their position as one of the most popular hard rock bands to this day!!
"Just Push Play" debuted at No. 2 within the Billboard 200, selling over 240,000 copies in its first week. The album's first single, "Jaded", became a Top 10 hit in the US and around the world. As a result, "Just Push Play" was certified Platinum within a month of its release. Aerosmith truly show their age by the very nature of the album itself. Simply put, nobody makes albums like this anymore. Nobody breaks the bank attempting to make a Rock album that's everything to everyone, and Aerosmith sound entirely oblivious to this state of affairs, carrying on like it was 1997. And, in a sense, as an overall piece of product, "Music From Another Dimension!" is no worse than "Nine Lives". It's faithfully follows Aerosmith's '90s blueprint, getting nothing wrong but never quite feeling right.

The ninth full-length studio album by legendary American Hard Rock/Blues Rock band.
The album marks a turning point in the band's career. It is their first album to employ professional songwriters, instead of featuring material solely composed by members of the band. This came as a suggestion of executive John Kalodner, who also pushed the band to work with producer Bruce Fairbairn, who remained with them for another two albums. It was also the first Aerosmith album to be promoted by Heavy Music Video airplay on MTV.
Though "Done With Mirrors" was intended to mark Aerosmith's comeback, "Permanent Vacation" is often considered their true comeback album, as it was the band's first truly popular album since their reunion.
The album features cover of "I'm Down", a piano-driven Beatles song that appeared as a b-side to their single "Help" in 1965. This was Aerosmith's second commercially released Beatles cover, after "Come Together". "Rag Doll", "Dude (Looks Like a Lady)" and "Angel" all became major hit singles (all three songs charted in the Top 20) and helped "Permanent Vacation" become the band's most successful album in a decade.
Permanent Vacation has sold over 5000000 copies in the U.S.
In the UK, it was the first Aerosmith album to attain both Silver (60000 units sold) and Gold (100000 units sold) certification by the British Phonographic Industry, achieving these in July 1989 and March 1990 respectively.
