Special Edition second re-release of the eleventh full-length album by the legendary German Power/Speed Metal band.
This album is something of a return to roots for the band. It combines many old classic Helloween elements with newer sounds and modern production. After the controversial release of “The Dark Ride”, according to Grosskopf, "The record company also wanted us to show that were are back. It's more of that 'happy happy Helloween' direction. It shows that this album is not a sequel to “The Dark Ride”".
This is the first Helloween album to feature Sascha Gerstner on guitars, who replaced Roland Grapow. No drummer is listed in the band line-up for this album. Mark Cross was hired for the position before recording, but only managed to complete two tracks ("Don't Stop Being Crazy" and "Listen to The Flies") before being forced to leave due to illness. Mikkey Dee of Motörhead played on the rest of the songs on a session basis.
After well over a dozen albums, Helloween still has an impressive knack for grafting memorably anthemic choruses over full-throttle Power Metal. What's more, their quieter, more melodic moments never dissolve into schmaltzy sentimentality (a mistake made too often by the band's many followers); the ballad "Don't Stop Being Crazy" has a certain pathos without being corny. The band's chops are in top form on "Rabbit Don't Come Easy" (aided by moonlighting Motörhead skinsman Mikkey Dee), but the quality of the songs is what leaves the strongest impression! This unusually titled album is a work in pride, power, and phallic outbursts. "Rabbit Don't Come Easy" shares many similarities with their excellent "Master Of The Rings" comeback in 1994, possessing that pent up passion and hostility that lacked since their "Keeper" days, commanding respect and admiration at once. They've been on a steady roll since then, maintaining the consistency of melody, speed and complexity and epic quality to the music with slight variations and risk taking freshness. "Rabbit Don't Come Easy" thus takes its rightful place among the many Helloween successes!!
"Do You Feel Good" was originally written during the sessions for “The Dark Ride”, but would not be recorded until the “Rabbit Don't Come Easy”.
Special Edition re-release features three bonus tracks, including covers of Accept and Queen (with the band's new drummer, Stefan Schwarzmann)!!!

Helloween takes the next step in alternative visioning! The best way for describe this is as the songs re-worked into a style that would be best described as soundtrack like. Most of the songs have a sound that seems to have grown from the Musical Stage aka Broadway. Soaring harmonies and piano mix well with the songs natural rhythms in a way that brings the term "Rock Opera" back from the 70's. Certain songs (Most notably the Lounge Lizardly "Dr Stein") break this mold, but this is a fair description of the CD's overall feel if not is purpose.
Re-recorded version of "Eagle Fly Free" is a cover version by cover band "Hellsongs" taken from their EP "Pieces of Heaven, a Glimpse of Hell" (2009) but with added vocals of Andi Deris and lead guitars of Sascha Gerstner as well as other instruments from guest musicians. Other band members did not participate on recordings of "Eagle Fly Free".

The second re-release of the debut studio mini-album by cult American Technical Death/Thrash Metal band.
Hellwitch was formed in 1984 in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. Unlike many of their much-lauded peers in the world of Florida metal, Hellwitch’s approach to Thrash and Death metal was decidedly Technical in nature, placing their music in a liminal threshold that defied any rigid genre classification.
Originally released by the legendary (and infamous) Wild Rags Records in 1990, their debut demonstrates the band’s mastery of Brutal Thrash Metal as well as more Progressively-minded and labyrinthine excursions with few parallels outside of perhaps early Atheist. Their dense compositional approach is reflected in the lyrics, with arcane song titles like “Mordrivial Dissemination” confirming that Hellwitch was on a different artistic plane than their Satanic and Lovecraftian colleagues. Their expert musicianship is not merely an exercise in virtuosity; indeed, tracks like “Nosferatu” are blunt and anthemic enough to stand aside the greats of their era while retaining a distinct quality that makes this record remarkable.

Official re-release of the debut full-length album by the Australian Thrash Metal band.
Like most of the modern Thrash acts that are releasing albums, "Walk Through Hell" isn’t an exercise in originality as it establishes an older sound right from the get go. It’s not to the effect of being a ‘retro’ release as there seems to be a certain tendency towards groove styled riffs and a modern blend of vocals, but the heart and soul of the album does lend itself towards an older feeling.
The term ‘groove’ used above probably panicked a few of the fans, but fear not as the band is most definitely a Thrash band through and through with the fast riffing, harsher vocals, and some Punkish drum work to keep up some of the energy.
The intro of “Through Your Eyes” would dispel most detractors with the vicious riffing and this Bay Area inspired Thrash basis forms a good portion of the martial to be found on "Walk Through Hell". The band does careen into some mid tempo 90s style Groove to give some flavor to the album, but most of it never detracted from the Thrash foundations and gives the album so solid push and pull elements to the writing.
There are two distinctive features that Hidden Intent bring to the table on this debut. The first one is three tone style vocals. One portion is a more standard snarling Thrash style that slightly touches on the guttural, one portion is a low end melodic style singing not unlike that of Robb Flynn on early Machine Head records, and the final is the punctuation of some shrill soaring shrieks. The final portion is used mostly for punch, where it works in brief spurts like of the rolling “Betrayed”. The second distinctive feature of "Walk Through Hell" is the impressive bass usage. While it’s not necessarily the most technical bass pieces you’ll have heard from a band, the use of an almost melancholic tone on a few interludes and as a driving force for the rhythm section cannot be understated.
This is a wicked Thrash album with a dash of politiPunk attitude. Each time you'll listen to this your mind will keeps going back to Sacred Reich - it sounds like crossing Sacred Reich with Winterkill and adding a touch of Mekong Delta for good measure. It’s a strong blend of early 90s Groove elements and old school Thrash bursts and it comes off as a rather pleasant surprise and one that Thrashers should keep an eye on! Check it out!!

Debut full-length album by the German Heavy Metal band.
These German Metal maniacs are bringing back the glory days of 80?s Teutonic Metal with their fantastic debut album. Very cool underground stuff in style of old Accept, Sinner, Tyran Pace and Noisehunter with the vocal similar to Udo Dirkschneider, includes members of Stormwitch, Saintsbleed and Eternal Darkness.
This German band was formed out the defunct band Hot Wire who recorded a few demos and played some shows in the late 80's and very early 90's before splitting up.  Highway Killer is comprised of only one original Hot Wire member in Ralf “Metal Lion” Neumann and bunch of other veteran Metal performers.
The songwriting on this Heavy Metal album is strong with some very catchy 80's style of melodic Heavy Metal with some Hard Rock influence. Included on this album are 3 actual songs from Hot Wire's 1989 demo as well as modern versions of these songs with Highway Killer's  take on them. Some of the songs were written in late 80s, but never released! Now after 20 years here is the new and improved Highway Killer! 
Accept, Noisehunter, Gravestone, Running Wild and whatever influence you will name from German 80's Metal. Highway Killer play exactly that style and can convince with strong vocals and very fine totally 80s songs!!
CD includes three bonus tracks from Hot Wire's “Demo’89” + one hidden track!

Viking Metal/Neofolk/Ambient from Greece. This is the debut album by Hildr Valkyrie, also involved in the two international folk/viking metal acts Folkearth and Folkodia.
The album ends with Falkenbach and Bathory covers, but for her original music there’s not a whole lot of metal to be found. if you’re a fan of Folkearth, Cruachan, Borknagar and the likes, and want something softer, more melodic and oh-so-symphonic, then this is for you.
