A compilation album by legendary American Pop Rock/Soul singer.
Released March 2009 to coincide with the European leg of Tina’s 50th Anniversary Tour, "The Platinum Collection" is a beefed-up version of "Tina!", a compilation released in the run-up to her 2008 world tour. Whereas "Tina!" was released in North America, "The Platinum Collection" was released in Europe a few months later in anticipation of the European leg of her tour. 
"The Platinum Collection" is a three-disc set with nearly all of Tina’s solo singles as well as some songs with Ike Turner. It’s almost definitive at 48 tracks in length. And it includes all of Turner's major hits, including six Ike & Tina Turner-era recordings ("Nutbush City Limits", "River Deep, Mountain High", "I Want to Take You Higher", "Get Back", "Come Together", "Proud Mary"), and goes all the way up to the latter-day hits "When the Heartache Is Over" and "Whatever You Need" from her most recent studio album, "Twenty Four Seven" (1999), and "Open Arms" - the one-off single from her best-of compilation "All the Best" (2004). In addition to all the hits, "The Platinum Collection" includes a couple new songs co-written by Guy Chambers ("It Would Be a Crime", "I'm Ready"), and fortunately it also includes her stunning collaboration with Italian superstar Eros Ramazzotti on his 1998 hit "Cose Della Vita". Unlike "Tina!", "The Platinum Collection" includes the studio versions of "I Can't Stand the Rain" and "Let's Stay Together" rather than live recordings. 
All in all, "The Platinum Collection" is a treasure trove of hits by Turner. Not only does it include all of her solo hits, but it also includes several songs released by others on which she is featured as a guest (e.g., "Tonight" with David Bowie, "Tearing Us Apart" with Eric Clapton, "It Takes Two" with Rod Stewart).
"The Platinum Collection" reached #14 in England.
The box set features similar cover artwork to “Tina!” compilation CD, released at the end of 2008.

Completely restored and delicately remastered re-release of the seventh full-length studio album by legendary Soviet New Wave/Post-Punk Rock band.
Released only a year before the Victor Tsoi's tragic death, "Zvezda Po Imeni Solnce" was the last album to come out in the singer's lifetime. Recorded in 1989, “Звезда По Имени Солнце” is one of the best albums in band's discography. The lyrics of the album notable for its mostly personal struggle-oriented lyrics and thoughtful, sad, lonely or sometimes sinister atmosphere.
The album went on sale in the summer of 1989. The recording was distributed on compact cassettes. The first official release of the album appeared in 1993, released by Moroz Records. But the quality of the sound was spoiled.
For the first time in the past 30 years, the Original Master Tape has been used for the production of this re-release, including every second restoration of the phonogram. The original band members Yuri Kasparyan and Igor Tikhomirov, as well as Victor Tsoi's son, Alexender, for the first time were involved in the production and approval process.
Referring label and band members, this is the original sound of the album, which was planned from the start!
Limited Extended Edition on three CDs includes remastered version of the album on Mash Heavy Gold CD, non-album single "Вопрос / The Question", recording of a Kino concert performance at the Leningrad Sports and Concert Complex in November 1989 with the presentation of the "Star Called The Sun" program, as well as archival draft mixing of the album. Edition made in the form of two separate plastic boxes, equipped with a separate 48-page booklet (with extensive liner notes and rare/unpublished photos), and packed in a hard external slipcase.

Never released before, the full record session by legendary Soviet New Wave/Post-Punk Rock band.
34 years after its recording, the first ever edition of Kino’s recording session called “Любовь — это не штука”, that was recorded in 1986 and abandoned by the band. Now it was faithfully restored from the original master tapes and published as a historical document. The original band members Yuri Kasparyan and Igor Tikhomirov, as well as Victor Tsoi’s son Alexender were involved in the production and approval process.
The cover artwork was made using the sketch by Andrey Kirsanov, a band’s good friend.
Limited Extended Edition on three CDs also includes “Следи за собой” Single, recording of a Kino concerts performances in Kyiv (1986), and at the IV festival of the Leningrad Rock Club (1986), as well as archival rehearsal recording.
Edition made in the form of two separate plastic boxes, equipped with a separate 48-page booklet (with extensive liner notes and rare/unpublished photos), and packed in a hard external slipcase.
