Progressive Metal band from New York (U.S.A.)
ALCHEMY X have been compared to bands like DREAM THEATER and FATES WARNING, SYMPHONY X and DEFYANCE, but can at times sound heavier. They also take a unique approach to their sound, incorporating two guitarists playing 7-string guitars and a bassist playing a 7-string bass, adding furious riffing, bottom-end heaviness and virtuosity to their music.
Highly recommended for all fans of progressive metal.
