SEAR BLISS “Forsaken Symphony” /CD/

The first re-release of the fourth full-length studio album by cult Hungarian Atmospheric Black Metal band.
Sear Bliss take an Epic, moody Black Metal sound, adding keys and sometimes genuine wood instruments (the trombone, baritone, and tuba), to create a sound that is unique, but not excessively Avant-garde on "Forsaken Symphony". The album is filled with long songs, powerful riffs, and enough atmosphere to crush your lungs. On standouts like "My Journey To The Stars", "The Vanishing" and "The Forsaken" this band achieves the feat of being evocative, emotional, and vicious all at once. The visceral guitar tone is just the capped on the inventive and involving riffs this album is loaded with.
Any fan of Black or Pagan Metal should absolutely not miss this, as it is an underground gem of real Black Metal, and shows what kinds of power the genre is capable of when practiced by those who care about what they do.
