Remastered 25th Anniversary Edition re-release of the fourth full-length album by the legendary British Hard Rock band.
It was the first band's album with the classic Mk II line-up. Rod Evans (vocals) and Nick Simper (bass) had been fired in June 1969 and were replaced by Ian Gillan and Roger Glover, respectively.
The album was preceded by two singles, the first studio recordings that Gillan made with Deep Purple. The first single, released in 1969, was a Greenaway-Cook composition called "Hallelujah", which flopped. The second single, "Black Night", fared much better as it rose all the way to #2 on the UK charts.
"Deep Purple In Rock" was their breakthrough album in Europe and would peak at #4 in the UK, remaining in the charts for months. (The band's prior MK I albums had been much better received in North America than in their homeland.) The album was supported by the hugely successful In Rock World Tour which lasted 15 months.
In 2005 the album won the "Classic Rock and Roll of Honour Award" (given by the British monthly magazine Classic Rock) in the category Classic Album. The award was presented to Ian Gillan, Ian Paice and Jon Lord.

The seventh full-length studio album by legendary British Hard Rock band.
Deep Purple's last album with singer Ian Gillan and bassist Roger Glover until "Perfect Strangers" came out in 1984.
Musically, the record showed a move to a more Blues based sound, even featuring scat singing. Although its production and the band's behavior after its release showed the band in turmoil, with frontman Gillan remarking that "we'd all had major illnesses" and felt considerable fatigue, the album was a commercial success.
The album featured the energetic Hard Rock single "Woman from Tokyo" (is about touring Japan for the first time), which has been performed on several tours by the band over the years. Despite massive sales, the group disintegrated among much infighting between band members as well as conflicts with their managers. The album's line-up would end after a final concert in Osaka, Japan on 29 June 1973.
Deep Purple became the US's top selling artist of calendar year 1973. 
Fans bought the album in record numbers. In the US, for example, it sold half a million copies in its first three months, achieving a Gold record award faster than any Deep Purple album released up to that time. The album hit number 4 in the UK charts and number 15 in the US charts.

Third re-release of the second full-length studio album by legendary British Melodic Hard Rock band.
Def Leppard's second album continues in the vein of the anthemic, working-class Hard Rock of their debut. While still opting for a controlled musical attack and melodies as big-sounding and stadium-ready as possible, the band opens up its arrangements a bit more on "High 'n' Dry", letting the songs breathe and groove, while the rhythm section and guitar riffs play off one another. MTV helped break the album in the U.S. with its heavy rotation of the video for the unabashedly dramatic Rock ballad "Bringin' on the Heartbreak".
It was the last Pete Willis' full-time album with Def Leppard.
The album charted at No. 38 on the Billboard 200 and No. 26 on the UK Albums Chart. "High 'n' Dry (Saturday Night)", ranked No. 33 on VH1's 40 Greatest Metal Songs. Following the success of "Pyromania", the album re-entered in the US chart and reached No. 72 in 1983.

Second re-release of the debut full-length studio album by legendary British Melodic Hard Rock band.
"On Through The Night" established the band as one of the leading lights of the New Wave of British Heavy Metal. While possessing the tight, controlled attack of comrades Judas Priest and Iron Maiden, Def Leppard was uninterested in the fantastic, menacing, and sometimes gothic themes of those bands; instead, "On Through the Night" is a collection of working-class Hard Rock anthems informed by the big, glittering hooks of Glam Rock. It may lack the detailed production and more Pop-oriented songwriting of later efforts, but it's also arguably their heaviest album, and some Leppard fans prefer this sound!
The album features re-recorded versions of "Rocks Off" and "Overture", tracks from the band's original independently released EP, "The Def Leppard E.P.". Other tracks are rerecorded versions of early demos, some of which appeared on the "First Strike" and "Warchild" bootlegs. "Rocks Off", "Wasted", "Rock Brigade" (b/w "When the Walls Came Tumbling Down") and "Hello America" were released as singles. However, the versions of "Rocks Off" and "Wasted" that appears on the singles is a different recording from that of the LP, as is its B-side, "Hello America".
It charted at #51 on the Billboard 200 and #15 on the UK Albums Chart. The album was certified Platinum by the RIAA on 9 May 1989.

While Def Leppard had obviously wanted to write big-sounding anthems on their previous records, "Pyromania" was where the band's vision coalesced and gelled into something more. More than ever before, the band's songs on "Pyromania" are driven by catchy, shiny melodic hooks instead of heavy guitar riffs, although the latter do Pop up once in a while.
But it wasn't just this newly intensified focus on melody and consistent songwriting (and heavy MTV exposure) that made "Pyromania" a massive success - and the catalyst for the '80s Pop-Metal movement. Robert John "Mutt" Lange's buffed-to-a-sheen production - polished drum and guitar sounds, multitracked layers of vocal harmonies, a general sanding of any and all musical rough edges, and a perfectionistic attention to detail - set the style for much of the melodic Hard Rock that followed.
It wasn't a raw or spontaneous sound, but the performances were still energetic and committed. Leppard's quest for huge, transcendent Hard Rock perfection on "Pyromania" was surprisingly successful; their reach never exceeded their grasp, which makes the album an enduring (and massively influential) classic!
It is the band's first album to feature guitarist Phil Collen and produced by Robert John "Mutt" Lange. Song "Rock! Rock! ('Till You Drop)" was performed as early as 1980, originally as a song called "Medicine Man", with different lyrics.
"Pyromania" has received mostly positive reviews, being commonly considered, along with its follow-up "Hysteria", one of the band's finest efforts to date.
The album was a huge success, charting at No. 2 on the Billboard 200 and No. 18 on the UK Albums Chart. It was selling over 10 million copies in the US, and thus being certified Diamond by the RIAA.

For the first time on vinyl, the tenth full-length studio album by legendary British Melodic Alternative/Hard Rock band.
The band's last album for Mercury Records, and it was considered by many as a return to the band's old, Rockier days.
The history of this album dates as far back as late 2003 when the band originally had the idea to record two albums simultaneously through 2004. Releasing a covers' album quietly in Spring 2004, followed later in the year/the following year by a new studio album. The finished album, the band's ninth of all original material, saw most of the songs written by one person in a change from previous albums. The first Single, "Nine Lives", featured a guest appearance by Tim McGraw on vocals. For the first time, the band released the song via the Guitar Hero III game. It was available with two classic songs as part of a three-song track pack for the Xbox 360 console. Another Single was released written by Sav called "C'mon C'mon". Videos were made for both songs.
The album was a hit with fans and critics, with a return to a more stripped down and rocking sound and no big layered production used. It entered the Top 10 of both the UK and US album charts, and also got to number one on the UK Rock album charts. The album debuted at No. 5 on the Billboard 200, selling about 55 000 copies in its first week of release. It is the band's shortest album to date.

The new work of musicians has significant progress as at the material such at the sound. "Transcendevil" didn’t lost melody, but became much heavier than the previous full-length album. Album’s themes are monolithic and give a general tough tone for the all album. Symphonic instruments section emphasizes aggressive of the compositions in the album, and fully symphonic track "Septem Million" - a real step forward in the development of the band. The mystical and philosophical lyrics as well as outstanding musicians thoughtful approach to their creativity really highlights this good work.

The fourth compilation album by legendary German Thrash Metal band.
Back in the beginning of the nineties, things weren’t that rosy in the already then legendary Destruction. It ended up with bassist/vocalist Schmier being kicked out of the band and replaced with Poltergeist screamer André Greider, who did a great job on the quite rocking “Cracked Brain” album. Then André was replaced by Ephemera’s Party vocalist Thomas Rosenmerkel on the quite off the wall album “The Least Successful Human Cannonball”. That didn’t really work out in any way… When Schmier returned to Destruciton in 1999, together with drummer Sven Vormann, 3 demo tracks were recorded under the slashing name "The Butcher Strikes Back", giving the band a new label deal. The demo paid off, the band got signed by Nuclear Blast, which marked Destruction back on track as the one of the kings of the Teutonic Four. And Destruction was finally back!
These demo tracks, together with some Japan bonus tracks, and Wacken live tracks were released in autumn 2022 on CD, LP and MC.

First re-release of the second live album by legendary American Heavy Metal band.
“Evil Or Divine - Live In New York City” is a live album recorded at Roseland Theater in New York City, USA on December 13, 2002 and released by Spitfire Records (a division of Eagle Rock Entertainment) on CD in 2003 for USA and in 2005 for Europe.
One of the advantages that Ronnie Dio had on this tour over previous ones is that he had the most technically and musically proficient set of musicians behind him ever. Bassist Jimmy Bain holds the bottom of the arrangement strongly, as he has consistently done since he and Dio began their collaboration in Rainbow. Drummer Simon Wright puts on a hell of a technical display during his allotted solo time, making one wonder how he managed to keep those insanely simple beats when in AC/DC without having a breakdown. Scott Warren proves apt to the task of playing all keyboard parts previously handled by the likes of Jens Johansen and Claude Schnell. But the true technical wizard of the bunch proves to be Doug Aldrich, whose interpretations of the various solos coined by Dio’s previous collaborators is rivalled only by his amazingly varied display during his own solo sections, hitting upon such contrasting styles as Classical, Rock, Jazz, and Blues.
This collection of live recordings is the document of this tour, and it features the grand wizard of darkness in fine performing form, covering all the well-known anthems, like "Holy Diver" and "Heaven and Hell", and throwing in some choice new tunes for a balance of old and new.

The third full-length studio album by legendary American Heavy Metal band.
Keeping the same line-up, Dio didn't waste much time, releasing on August 15, 1985 the highly anticipated third album. Even if this new release followed the same musical and lyrical formula of the previous albums, this record is somehow trapped in Ronnie's indecision about "Sacred Heart"'s overall musical direction. If songs like "King of Rock and Roll" or "Sacred Heart" somewhat keep the original "Holy Diver" soul, firmly based on strong stylish riffs and a classic Hard Rock rhythm section, that always avoid overacting performances, tracks like "Rock 'n' Roll Children" or "Hungry for Heaven" are clearly more mainstream compositions, deliberately made to please the vastest audiences that could push "Sacred Heart" into the always commercially tempting US billboard.

The seventh full-length studio album by American Modern Heavy Metal band.
The band's first album in over three years and the band's first album in over eight years to involve bass guitarist John Moyer. 
Disturbed became one of the biggest Metal acts of all time with only two tools in their arsenal: knowing what people want and how to deliver it to them. Disturbed have updated their image slightly this time, with David Draiman ditching those chin rings after saying they made him feel like "a 45-year old Hot Topic kid." The new album is called "Evolution", after all, so no point looking back!
After the runaway success of the Simon and Garfunkel cover on 2015's "Immortalized", it's hard to guess what Disturbed might have up their sleeves next. "Evolution" doesn't include any covers, but it does contain some of the boldest musical choices Disturbed have made in their multi-decade career. Frontman David Draiman stated that the writing and recording of the album was influenced by Classic Rock that members have listened to in their youth. Guitarist Dan Donegan stated that the album's title was representative of their goal on the album, to challenge themselves to evolve their sound.
By splitting their allegiances, the risk is that Disturbed won’t please either type of fan. The good news is that, despite their overwrought qualities, each slow song is boosted by those impressive vocals, while the heavier ones boast choruses as hooky as his former chin piercings (he’s removed them as he feels too old for them). This is without doubt the most diverse record in Disturbed’s catalogue, and it remains to be seen whether it’s a transition into a new, ‘grown up’ career, or an interesting experiment. The heavy songs on "Evolution" should please longtime fans, with a couple harkening back to the dynamism of Disturbed’s first couple of albums. "Evolution" certainly doesn't sound like anything they've done before. At best, "Evolution" could add a few more bangers to their roster.
The album is a tribute to deceased Heavy Metal musicians such as Chester Bennington of Linkin Park and Vinnie Paul of Pantera, with whom Disturbed were friends and toured with over the years.
It's debuted at number four on the Billboard 200, making it Disturbed's sixth straight top 5 album. It is the band's first album since "The Sickness" not to reach number one, thus ending the band's streak of number one albums at five.

Official worldwie release of the second full-length album by Polish Heavy/Power Metal band.
Recorded from March until September 2015, the album consists of 10 tracks in classic Heavy/Power Metal style. Drums were recorded in the renowned Hertz Studio, which works with world's leading Metal bands (Vader, Behemoth, Decapitated), while guitars, bass and vocals were recorded in Dobra 12 Studio, supervised by Piotr Polak. The album was mixed and mastered in Hertz Studio as well.
An interesting bit is definitely the guest appearance of Wojciech Hoffmann from the band Turbo on the title track. The musician, an icon of Polish Rock and Metal scene, played an exceptional solo, which certainly gives the song an additional bite.
"Tears Of The Ages" it's 50 minutes of real Metal music comprising tradition and modernity. Strong but melodic riffs along the lines of the genre classics like Iron Maiden, Saxon and Judas Priest. The sound is modern, powerful and elaborate, carrying the echoes of the pioneers' heirs, such as Primal Fear. Each piece is complemented by a number of juicy solos, and high-pitched melodic vocals are a flagship of this material. If we add fantasy themed and existential lyrics, then we receive a full picture of a varied, feisty and ambitious album!
This is a great album with rapid fire drums and shredding guitar solos that leaves you wanting more!!
Highly recommended for fans of: Judas Priest, Iron Maiden, Primal Fear and Helloween!!!
