Pop-Punk's reigning champs, New Found Glory, came out swinging on their hotly anticipated album, "Not Without A Fight". Defending their title against any and all contenders, the Platinum-selling band's sixth studio album delivers a one-two knockout with fist-pumping hooks and catchy sing-along choruses.
New Found Glory have been slugging it out for over a decade alongside bands like Green Day and Blink 182, becoming one of the most celebrated Pop-Punk bands in the world. Known for their trademark humor and fun loving attitude, the band's latest effort will bring smiles to fans' faces once again.
The band's ability to consistently produce pop-punk favorites, album after album, has made New Found Glory a household name worldwide and "Not Without A Fight" raises the bar. Comprised of everything fans have come to love about the band, from their bouncy head-bobbing riffs and gang vocals to sing-along choruses and lyrics everyone can relate to, the album delivers knockout blows with the Pop anthems like "Listen To Your Friends" and grooving tracks like "47", followed by the right hook "Truck Stop Blues" a song about love on the road.
Produced by Blink-182 singer-bassist Mark Hoppus and recorded at his home -based Opra Studios, the album was seen as a return to the band's energetic roots in comparison to its predecessor, the mellow "Coming Home" (2006). The gap between releases marked the longest period between studio albums in the band's career thus far.
New Found Glory goes twelve rounds on "Not Without A Fight", putting listeners into submission with each track and reminding fans and bands why they are the reigning champs of Pop-Punk!
In the United States, opening week sales reached 26,900 units allowing it to debut at number one on the Billboard Independent Albums Chart and number twelve on the Billboard 200. This marked their fourth consecutive album to debut in the top twenty on the Billboard chart, despite leaking six weeks prior to its official release.
