Completely restored and presented in its original full-length theatrical form, controversial seventies cult classic!
Originally released in 1971, "Rainbow Bridge" was a film directed by Chuck Wein centering on the late 1960s counterculture on the Hawaiian island of Maui. To bolster the film, producer Michael Jeffery brought in his client Jimi Hendrix to film an outdoor concert. Hendrix's heavily edited (no complete songs) performance appears near the end of the film. The original length of the theatrical release was 123 minutes. However, it was soon edited to cut down on the acting scenes, with one version lasting 70 minutes.
The 2000 re-release by Rhino Video restored the original full-length version of the film. The music of Jimi Hendrix dominates the "Rainbow Bridge"'s soundtrack and the centerpiece of the whole film is the stunning live footage of Hendrix's July 1970 concert atop the Haleakala Volcano, accompanied by Mitch Mitchell on drums and Billy Cox on bass.

The second full-length album by Brazilian AOR/Melodic Rock guitarist and singer.
Joey Summer was born in Rio De Janeiro, came from a Greek background, and this album carries a lot of influence from West Coast USA upbeat Rock.
“One Bite From Paradise” is very much an album of two halves. We’ve got the first half which starts with the intro, a spoken word introduction over some atmospheric keyboards which segues nicely into the first track, “One Bite From Paradise”. It’s all very upbeat, and harder Rock with some good solos and vocals from all involved. Then we have the second half, which strays very much into ballad territory starting from “Addicted To Your Love”. At this point it starts going very eighties. Then the last two songs – “The Prize Of Love” and “No-One’s Gonna Hurt Me Anymore” - pick up the energy of the first four songs. Midway through the album, a plaintive piano opening with a Pop based approach to the song "From Miles Away" is a well-placed break from the energetic songs that precede it and has thoughtful vocal harmonies beefing up the chorus. There are awesome guitar solos, and Joey does sing well. Extremely admirable that Joey Summer covered a lot of the instruments himself. The album features again the great songwriter and keyboadist Fredrik Bergh (Street Talk) in the song “Heaven To Earth” penned by Fredrik and co-written in partnership with Joey Summer especially for this release. Also the album brings another two especial guests: Frédéric Slama and Tommy Denander (Alice Cooper, David Coverdale, Paul Stanley) who also played all the instruments in the track “No One’s Gonna Hurt Me Anymore“, penned by Frédéric Slama and Sarah Fontaine from Chasing Violets.
So if you are after a something AORish with a bit of a story and smooth guitar work, this album will definitely be of interest!

Debut EP by russian Atmospheric Progressive Post-Metal/Rock band.
Jointstereo was always known to avoid narrow stylistic niches, whatsoever. The extensive musical exposure and wide range of musical likes help Jointestereo make the music “on the go”; hence their stylistic diversity of music. This helps Jointstereo avoid self-copicatting and release diverse material without giving up on the signature mood, atmosphere and style. The style of this band can be described as Atmospheric Rock with Progressive elements, approximate to the Post-Metal.
Lyrics mostly deal with the dark states of mind, based on religious and philosophical views and scientific theories thus going way beyond personal feelings and self-reflections.
Conceptually, record sessions were all about achieving live and natural sound; hence the Rock legends of the past, used as a go-by during mastering and the numerous analogue devices in the record path. The release therefore can be viewed as an eclectic and post-modernistic one (in a good sense of this word).

“Young Guns II” is a 1990 western film and the sequel to “Young Guns” (1988). It stars Emilio Estevez, Kiefer Sutherland, Lou Diamond Phillips, Christian Slater, and features William Petersen as Pat Garrett. Jon Bon Jovi also made a cameo appearance in the film as one of the prisoners in the pit with Doc and Chavez.
This CD includes songs from and inspired by the movie “Young Guns II”. Emilio Estevez originally approached Bon Jovi to ask him for permission to include the song "Wanted Dead Or Alive" on the soundtrack. Bon Jovi did not feel the song’s lyrics were appropriate; however, he was inspired by the project and resolved to write a new song for the film that would be more in keeping with the period and setting. He quickly wrote the song "Blaze of Glory", and performed it on acoustic guitar in the New Mexico desert for Estevez and John Fusco. This was the first time that "Blaze of Glory" was heard.
Music videos were made for the first two singles, "Blaze of Glory" and "Miracle", and also the fourth (promo) single "Dyin' Ain't Much of a Livin", but not for the third single "Never Say Die".
The album featured guests such as Elton John, Little Richard, and Jeff Beck.
The album peaked at No. 3 on the Billboard 200 and No. 2 on the UK Albums Chart. “Blaze of Glory” was awarded a Golden Globe. It also received Academy Award and Grammy nominations.

Japanese edition ohe fifth full-length albums by cult American Neo-Prog/Progressive Rock keyboardist Jordan Rudess of Dream Theater and Dixie Dregs fame.
Many other musicians perform on tracks on this album including Terry Bozzio (Frank Zappa, Missing Persons), Steve Morse (Dixie Dregs, Deep Purple), and Dream Theater bandmate John Petrucci, who also worked with Rudess on Liquid Tension Experiment.
On "Feeding The Wheel", Jordan Rudess has modernized the keyboard sounds pioneers like E. Power Biggs, Rick Wakeman, Gary Wright, Alan Hovhaness, and Keith Emerson broke ground with. The latter-day third ivory player in Dream Theater takes Gary Wright's Dream Weaver a step or two into the twilight zone. "Headspace" is a nice moody piece, kind of like Edgar Froese outside of Kraftwerk with more activity in the mix. "Quantum Soup" features Steve Morse of the Dregs on guitar solo with Terry Bozzio of Missing Persons playing percussion, the first of eight numbers the ex-Zappa drummer provides the bottom for. Track two has its own evolution, from Jazz/Progressive Rock to a bassy Funk eight minutes into the tune, with the 11 minutes of "Quantum Soup" melting nicely into the six minutes of "Shifting Sands".
The spaced notations in the CD booklet are vaguely familiar, that aforementioned Dream Weaver concept a simplified version of this. "We all feed wheels that carry our hopes and dreams to another day" is the sentiment written by Rudess, and those thoughts are unleashed in music which will appeal to fans of Dream Theater and Emerson, Lake & Palmer and those who feel Steely Dan is too mainstream. "Revolving Door" could be the theme to Hawaii Five-O turned upside down; strange vocals invade for a few moments on this otherwise instrumental enterprise. The title track can be a bit much except for the staunchest fans of Progressive Rock, over seven minutes of the piano runs Jordan Rudess learned at Juilliard embellished with high-end production and superb drums. For those who thought Emerson, Lake & Palmer's "The Nutrocker" wasn't energetic enough, explore this disc. "Dreaming in Titanium" is like some prelude to music by Prince, while "Center of the Sphere" is part of the artist's quest, the "search for the ultimate sound" that Rudess speaks of.
For an effortlessly enjoyable and mentally replenishing keyboard music experience, look no further than "Feeding The Wheel", a record that soars, swims and does musical marathons that seem superhuman to those back on safe ground watching. And for a demonstration of Rudess' confident skills within more of a band framework, check out Dream Theater in a very active 2002, as well as his important role on the next David Bowie album.

Two classic remastered albums of the legendary British Heavy Metal band in one set!

"Stained Class" is the fourth full-length album of the band. This is the only Judas Priest album to feature songwriting by all five members of the band. "Stained Class" showcased a more streamlined songwriting style while not compromising on the band's trademark Heavy Metal riffs. The production is crisper, clearer, and cleaner than any of their preceding albums. Following this album the band broke its songwriting team down to Rob Halford, K.K. Downing and Glenn Tipton, with occasional contributions solely by Tipton. Several years after its release "Stained Class" was the subject of negative attention due to the infamous 1990 civil action brought against the band by the family of a teenager, James Vance, who entered into a suicide pact with his friend Ray Belknap after allegedly listening to "Better by You, Better Than Me" on December 23, 1985. Belknap succeeded in killing himself, and Vance was left critically injured after surviving a self inflicted gunshot to the facial area. The suit alleged that Judas Priest recorded subliminal messages on the song that said "do it." The suit was eventually dismissed. The song was originally written and performed by the band Spooky Tooth.
In 2005, "Stained Class" was ranked number 307 in Rock Hard magazine's book of The 500 Greatest Rock & Metal Albums of All Time.

"Ram It Down" is the eleventh full-length album of the band.
In 1986, Judas Priest intended to release a double album entitled "Twin Turbos" of which half would consist of lighter, more commercial Hard Rock, and the other half would be heavier and less synth-driven. Columbia Records was resistant to the double album concept, and the project was ultimately split into two separate releases, 1986's Platinum selling "Turbo", and "Ram It Down". At least three songs – "Hard As Iron", "Love you to Death" and "Monsters of Rock" were written for the "Twin Turbos project". The title track "Ram It Down" can be traced even further back. As Rob Halford noted, ""Ram It Down" is a harder song, from the "British Steel" time. In other words, "Ram It Down" was clearly a patchwork collection of songs - old and new.
This is the last album to feature long time drummer Dave Holland and the last studio album produced by long-time collaborator Tom Allom – who returned to produce a 2009 live album.
In any case, major changes were coming, as Halford, Tipton, co-lead guitarist KK Downing and bassist Ian Hill readied themselves to dismiss long-serving drummer Dave Holland and producer Tom Allom in order to escalate their metallic renaissance on 1990’s absolutely jaw-dropping "Painkiller" If nothing else, "Ram It Down" marks the end of an era with class and dignity!

Remastered re-release of the sixth full-length album by the legendary British Heavy Metal band.
Packed with strong melodic hooks, "British Steel" is a deliberate commercial move, forsaking the complexity of the band's early work in favor of a robust, AC/DC-flavored groove. "British Steel" is an important album that sealed Judas Priest's status as genre icons, and kick-started Heavy Metal's glory days of the 1980s. It went Top Five in the U.K. and became their first Top 40 album in the U.S., going Platinum in the process and paving the way for countless imitators and innovators alike.
