Second remastered re-release of the seventh full-length studio album by legendary German Melodic Hard Rock/Glam Metal band.
One of the best and most underrated bands in existence. "Fuel To The Flames" is Bonfire’s comeback album to their roots, which marks the return of the signature Rock sound that the band had been known for.
After the short break up that came about in the mid-nineties, main men Hans Ziller and Claus Lessman, (guitars and vocals respectively) came together and reformed Bonfire and released "Feels Like Comin' Home" and "Rebel Soul". These two albums were more on the softer side of things, they didn’t have the huge fist pumping loud Arena Rock sound of "Fireworks" and "Point Blank", rather they were like two best friends that decided to write songs about life, not how much “action” they got and how loud they liked their music. While very admirable efforts with some classic songs on each of them, the fans longed for the day when Hans and Claus would just flat out Rock again. They must have heard the fans cries because they recruited Jurgen Wiehler and Uwe Kohler to be in the band (who are now full time permanent Bonfire members) and in 1999 the fans got their wishes granted with "Fuel To The Flames". This band is back, and they are ready to kick some ass and not bother to take names!
For Bonfire newbies, "Fuel To The Flames" is an excellent way to begin your journey into one of Rock's most overlooked bands. This is a good representation of the band the way they are today, while still containing elements of their glorious past. With albums like "Fuel To The Flames" and "Strike X", Bonfire is showing the world that good old ass kicking melodic Hard Rock is here to stay and that they are prepared to lead the way!!

"Knock Out" was released at the very end of Hair Metal's rule in the world. Up to this point, the band were building momentum, but with "Knock Out" Bonfire was knocked out and drop out of the contest.

The first re-release of the eleventh full-length studio album by legendary German Melodic Hard Rock band.
Originally released in 2008 by LZ Records, this album is a result of collaboration with P.W. Politz as a Rock Opera called "The Räuber" that debuted in Ingolstadt, Germany, in March 2008. The opera itself featured the band performing all the songs and went sold out for several weeks. A DVD was released in August 2008 that contained the opera performance as well as a full-length concert by the band.
Bonfire rose to this challenge and has produced, without doubt, their best work to date. Yes, several cuts are sung in their native German, but do not let this dissuade you from listening to "The Rauber". This is great Melodic Hard Rock wrapped in an interesting story, performed by a great and legendary band, a band who choose to explore something beyond their normal boundaries.

The best of Bonnie Tyler's work with Ronnie Scott and Steve Wolfe. The production/writing team move more towards the Pop side and away from the Country flourishes, which marked Tyler's first two albums.
From the terrific opener "If You Ever Need Me Again" through to the closing "I'm a Fool", this is a solid collection of Pop songs, including soulful ballads ("Words Can Change Your Life"), saucy anthems ("My Guns Are Loaded") and moving singalongs ("Too Good to Last"). As with her two previous releases, there are also wonderfully interpreted covers ("Louisiana Rain" being the highlight).
A good mix of Rock, Folk, Country and Soul, "Diamond Cut" is definitely the high point of Tyler's pre-Jim Steinman career, and a dynamite showcase for Tyler's inimitable voice!

"Goin' Through the Motions" is a cover of the song by Blue Öyster Cult from their 1977 album "Spectres", while "Straight from the Heart" was the break-out Top 10 hit for Canadian Rock singer/songwriter Bryan Adams from his Platinum album "Cuts Like A Knife". The album also includes the song "Take Me Back", written by Billy Cross, a former Bob Dylan guitarist. Only two of the tracks were written by Steinman himself: the title track and the international No. 1 hit "Total Eclipse of the Heart".

Produced (and largely written) by Ronnie Scott and Steve Wolfe, who worked as her managers while she was signed to RCA, "The World Starts Tonight" walks the fine line between Country and Pop that was popular in the mid-'70s.
As an introduction to Tyler's voice, this was an impressive debut. But it merely paved the way for Tyler's teaming with Jim Steinman, when she would realize her true potential and start the second phase of her multi-faceted career. A formidable debut, highlighted by covers of "Love of a Rolling Stone" and "Piece of My Heart".
Two singles were released from the album. The first, "Lost in France", was certified Silver by the BPI for sales of over 250,000 copies. "More Than a Lover" was also a hit, but failed to make progress in the UK Singles Chart after the BBC banned the song for its controversial lyrical content. Shortly after recording the album, Tyler had surgery to remove nodules from her vocal cords. The operation left Tyler with a permanently raspy voice.
On the week ending 10 March 1978, over a year since its release, "The World Starts Tonight" debuted at number thirteen on the Swedish Albums Chart. It reached its peak position at number two in the following week, remaining there for a total of three weeks. In the fifth running week on the chart, "The World Starts Tonight" fell to number six, replaced by Tyler's second studio album "Natural Force".

Bow Wow was one of the first Japanese bands to prove that domestic musicians could compete with Western Hard Rock acts. The band formed in 1975 by record producer Yoshimi Ueno, and was one of the first Japanese Metal bands. They were quickly signed to Victor and used the money to buy a truck that could double as a stage, which earned them interviews with many magazines and television shows. Yamamoto recalled that when he joined, he told the producer he was a guitarist and not a singer, but during recording someone suggested he sing in English, and he went to be second vocalist of the band. Bow Wow released their self-titled debut album in 1976. In 1977, Bow Wow opened for Aerosmith and Kiss on their Japanese tours.
When main former vocalist Mitsuhiro Saito left in the band in 1983, after releasing nine studio albums with the band, Bow Wow adopted a mainstream sound by recruiting lead vocalist Genki Hitomi and keyboardist Rei Atsumi, and renamed themselves to Vow Wow. They relocated to England in 1986, before former bass player Kenji Sano left the band the following year, and former guitarist Kyoji Yamamoto invited former Whitesnake bassist Neil Murray to replace him. After Murray left to join Black Sabbath, studio bassist Mark Gould played on Vow Wow's last album before they disbanded in 1990.
Yamamoto reformed Bow Wow in 1995 with all new members, before it became a trio when fellow original members Saito and Niimi rejoined in 1998. Niimi left in 2015 and the band now performs under the name Bow Wow G2, which refers to the two guitarists being the only official members.
1982's "Asian Volcano" marked Bow Wow's categorical return to the Heavy Rock style that launched their career, following a series of befuddling mainstream Pop albums.

After Murray left to join Black Sabbath, studio bassist Mark Gould played on Vow Wow's last album before they disbanded in 1990.
Yamamoto reformed Bow Wow in 1995 with all new members, before it became a trio when fellow original members Saito and Niimi rejoined in 1998. Niimi left in 2015 and the band now performs under the name Bow Wow G2, which refers to the two guitarists being the only official members.
1982's "Asian Volcano" marked Bow Wow's categorical return to the Heavy Rock style that launched their career, following a series of befuddling mainstream Pop albums.

Inspired by the Bay Area Thrash Metal sound of the 80s, Brain Dead tried to personalize and create their own sound. Exactly because of the old school Thrash influence, the band chose its name, Brain Dead, to pay tribute to Exodus.
Brian Dead has captured the high energy and excitement that came with the whole Thrash Metal movement back then. There is some extremely fast paced riffing and all out grooving in the guitars with some crunchy breakdowns and riffs. The vocals are done in a mid ranged groggy and gritty Thrash Metal vocal style that reminded Overkill meets Destruction with touches of Kreator thrown in.
Brain Dead is band that any of other Thrash bands would be proud to have play beside them. Amazing old school Thrash Metal for fans of: Exodus, Annihilator, Testament and Slayer!!

The eighth full-length album by the German Power Metal band.
A lot of things have changed in Metal since 1989, the year in which Brainstorm's original lineup came together. Alternative Metal became much more prominent, Death Metal and Black Metal became more and more plentiful (especially in Scandinavia), Goth Metal gained an enthusiastic cult following, and Metalcore took the Metal/Punk union in an increasingly vicious direction. But none of those developments have had a major stylistic impact on Brainstorm, who were a Melodic Power Metal band when they started out in 1989 and continued to be a Melodic Power Metal band 20 years later on "Memorial Roots"!
Once again, the South German Power Metal quintet pulls no punches as they bash out a firework of dynamic, melodic and technical Metal. They make no effort to change with the times on this 2009 release; obviously, they reason that if it isn't broke, why do they need to fix it? And no, it isn't broke. "Memorial Roots" is a tad predictable - at least if one has been following Brainstorm for a long time - and you won't find a lot of surprises on "Cross the Line", "Ahimsa", or any of the other tracks. Brainstorm maintain their allegiance to the old-school Power Metal of the '70s and '80s, which is probably just as well because even though "Memorial Roots" doesn't take a lot of chances, the material is enjoyable nonetheless.
Besides, if Jazz, the Blues, Salsa, Folk, Bluegrass, Reggae, and Celtic music can have their classicists - that is, those who adamantly cling to the styles of a previous era - there is no reason at all why Metal shouldn't have them as well. "Memorial Roots" isn't an essential listen, but it's definitely a worthwhile listen for Power Metal diehards who haven't lost interest in Iron Maiden, Judas Priest, or Fates Warning's pre-'90s recordings and probably never will! Less aggressive than its predecessor "Downburst", the new album has a more straightforward and anthemic quality to it!!

Whatever its title may suggest, there's nothing about Germanic Heavy Metal band Brainstorm that would imply a spur of the moment decision; the band's timeless regeneration of traditional Heavy Metal is evidently arranged, performed, recorded, and produced with meticulous planning and attention to detail. But whatever the band may lack in spontaneous combustion, they rather make up for in clinical efficiency, which may not impress unconverted observers much, but is clearly something their established fan base has not only continued to support but very much come to expect: that's right, the expected. Be that as it may, since nothing is ever guaranteed where memorable songwriting is concerned, Brainstorm deserve much credit for keeping things relatively interesting within the confines of their limited musical range.
Imperial opener "Below the Line" really outperforms its mundane title; energized fist-pumping anthems like "In the Blink of an Eye", "Still Insane", and "Dark Life" seamlessly wed biting staccato riffs to double kick drums, yet never exceed their mid-paced speed limits. And even classy late-album offerings that finally threaten Power Metal velocity - "Where Your Actions Lead You to Live" and "A life on Hold - stop quite short of losing any measure of control. Surprises? None whatsoever; so, again, don't let the title fool you: "On The Spur Of The Moment" finds Brainstorm acting like their predictable yet reliable selves.
