Led Zeppelin had a fully formed, distinctive sound from the outset, as their eponymous debut illustrates. Taking the heavy, distorted electric Blues of Jimi Hendrix, Jeff Beck and Cream to an extreme, Zeppelin created a majestic, powerful brand of guitar Rock constructed around simple, memorable riffs and lumbering rhythms. But the key to the band's attack was subtlety: it wasn't just an onslaught of guitar noise, it was shaded and textured, filled with alternating dynamics and tempos. As Led Zeppelin proves, the band was capable of such multi-layered music from the start. Although the extended Psychedelic Blues of "Dazed and Confused", "You Shook Me" and "I Can't Quit You Baby" often gather the most attention, the remainder of the album is a better indication of what would come later. "Babe I'm Gonna Leave You" shifts from Folky verses to pummeling choruses; "Good Times Bad Times" and "How Many More Times" have Groovy, Bluesy shuffles; "Your Time Is Gonna Come" is an anthemic Hard Rocker; "Black Mountain Side" is pure English Folk; and "Communication Breakdown" is a frenzied Rocker with a nearly Punkish attack. Although the album isn't as varied as some of their later efforts, it nevertheless marked a significant turning point in the evolution of Hard Rock and Heavy Metal!
Although the album initially received negative reviews, it was commercially very successful and has now come to be regarded in a much more positive light by critics. In 2003, the album was ranked number 29 on Rolling Stone Magazine's list of the 500 greatest albums of all time. When Rolling Stone updated the list in 2012 the album remained ranked at 29th greatest of all time!!

The band originally recorded eight new tracks for release, but since the collective track running times went beyond that of a standard album, they decided to crank it up to a double, adding several unreleased tracks from previous sessions, including "Boogie with Stu" which dated back to 1971.
Being both commercially and critically successful upon original release, "Physical Graffiti" was certified 16x Platinum and was hailed as one of Led Zeppelin’s finest albums. Newly remastered from the Original Master Tapes by guitarist and producer Jimmy Page, this double album is accompanied by a third disc, "Companion Audio", comprising previously unreleased music related to the original release. It has seven unreleased tracks, including rough mixes of “In My Time Of Dying” and “Houses Of The Holy”, as well as an early mix of “Trampled Under Foot” called “Brandy & Coke”. All the unreleased companion tracks offer fans a chance to hear well-known songs from a different perspective, including the Sunset Sound mix of “Boogie with Stu” and “Driving Through Kashmir”, a rough orchestra mix of the band’s eight-minute opus “Kashmir”. Also featured is “Everybody Makes It Through”, a strikingly different early version of “In the Light” with alternate lyrics.

Aarong's most commercially successful album, "Bodyrock", includes several hit songs, including "Whatcha Do to My Body", and was certified double Platinum in Canada. After spending hundreds of thousands of dollars on big producers and marketing for the four previous albums, this one was done on a relatively small budget. 
The album is Aaron's highest-charting release to date, reaching No. 24 on the Canadian albums chart and No. 36 on the German albums chart. Both of its Singles also charted: "Whatcha Do to My Body" reached No. 25 on the Canadian Singles Chart, and "Hands On" reached No. 38.
The music video for "Whatcha Do to My Body" was nominated for "Video of the Year" at the 1990 Juno Awards, while "Bodyrock" itself was nominated for "Album of the Year" and "Rock Album of the Year" in 1991. Furthermore, recording engineer Lenny DeRose received a nomination for "Recording Engineer of the Year" in 1990 for his work on the album. In Canada, "Bodyrock" was certified Platinum on December 18, 1989. "Bodyrock" was included on Chart Magazine's list of "20 most influential Canadian albums of the '80s".

Born Karen Lynn Greening, also known in the past as "Metal Queen", Lee Aaron marked as the first female Rock singer from Canada.
She’s debut, originally released as “The Lee Aaron Project” in 1982 through Freedom Records, was reissued in 1984 through Attic Records as “Lee Aaron” (not to be confused with her 1987 self-titled album).
The album featured well-known musicians of the Toronto music scene, including members of Moxy, Rif Raf3 (Q107 Homegrown Vol 4 / Lee Aaron Project band), Santers, and Triumph's Rik Emmett.
Between 1984 and 1992, Aaron toured extensively through Europe and made appearances in Japan and the United States. She released six albums on Attic Records in Canada and international releases in the United Kingdom, Germany, Austria, Switzerland, Benelux, Italy, Scandinavia, Australia, and Japan. She won three Toronto Music Awards for Best Female Vocalist.
Lee Aaron is one of Canada’s most iconic vocalists, songwriters, producers, and fearless re-inventors. With an impressive 40+ year career spanning 18 albums and multiple hit singles, she has undertaken successful forays into the world of Rock, Pop, Jazz, and even Opera.

War Thrash Metal with a strong Heavy Metal influence!
Another proclamation of war has been announced with a Metal mission to kill. “Forced To The Ground” marks band's quite improvement from the debut. The 2011 release “Riding With The Blitz” (Single) showed promise, with its grandiose visions and shell shock capabilities, but this album is leaps and bounds better!
Fans of Hail Of Bullets, Razor Of Occam, Vorgus or Witchery will be enticed by its morbid visions. The songs have melody and character. Picture At War with Nocturnal Breed or Nocturnal Fear with Merciless. The vocals are harsh, but audible, the guitars are menacing and thunderous. “Pile Of Corpse” and “Death Brigade” even have some shouting and gang vocals. Remember Blizzard, Sodom, Bewitched or Brimstone, just so you can get the idea of the potential this holds. Remember how good the Old Man's Child albums were towards the late '90s? This ensemble of fear knows how to evoke that Black/Thrash attack that works quite effectively. These reapers know how to take command and break through the barricades. Sure, this is nothing novel, but if you like Black Metal and Thrash then this is the perfect melodic blend. Add to that war torn diaries of past valor, and you have a memorable experience! Unlike the over-rated Ghost, Legions Of War support the true Metal Milieu with the mettle might of revenge. Tanks for the barrage of brutality!!

The second full-length studio album by Algerian Death Metal band.
Lelahell is the brainchild of Algerian Death Metal veteran Roudouane "Lelahel" Aouameur. Originally a one man army in 2010, releasing an EP written, performed and recorded entirely by Lelahel himself, Lelahell was joined by Slaveblaster on drums and Nehil on bass a year later – two solid musicians from the band Barbaros. Lelahell masterfully blends Thrash, Black and Technical Death Metal. Their first full-length album  earning associations with the bands like Nile and Vader.
"Alif" further solidifies the band's commitment to brutality and proves to be a veritable upgrade from the previous releases. It's an extremely solid and important album that signals a new era for the Algerian kings, one of raw brutality and progressive flair.
Each Lelahell release is conceptually linked to the character of Abderrahmane yet focusing on another evolutionary step—another chapter in his own book. The "Alif" focusing on Abderrahmane's first steps in his new life, just like a child learning to speak, walk, learning about the world around him. Yet this is full of foes and fears, that's why Abderrahmane needs to save himself from those dangers.
Mixed and mastered at the famous Hertz Recording Studio (Behemoth, Vader, Decapitated, Hate, etc.), the album features one of the most admired players in the world of Technical Death Metal - Hannes Grossmann (ex- Necrophagist, ex- Obscura, Alkaloid, Blotted Science, Hate Eternal) on drums. The 41-minute all out assault also features Tom Geldschlager (ex- Obscura), Yacine M. (Litham) and Patrick Mameli (Pestilence) on guest guitars and bass.

Lenore S. Fingers is a band formed in 2010 by five people with very different styles, influences and musical approaches. With members hailing from Turkey, England, Ireland and Canada, and drawing upon European Death Metal, American Thrash, Speed and Nu Metal with touches of Progressive and Power Metal, Band has a broad palette to work with. Lethal Halo is unafraid to create music that crosses genres and blend styles to attain their musical vision. Lethal Halo presents a much cleaner and more successful production compared to their EP. It might make more sense to say that they are a Heavy Metal band with clean and brutal vocals rather than Melodic Death Metal band. Even though the parts with clean vocals reminds of Metalcore bands, there is no other similarity in musical terms. Their guitar solos are much more satisfactory and it is an album that is pleasant to listen to!
