Unlike the debut Single, where we heard Progressive Metal with a little touch of Groove, on this one we can find fast Progressive Groove Death Metal. Compositionally, it is a fast-paced action movie, in which from the first note the listener plunges into a whirlwind of rapid Death Metal and powerful growling vocals. In the middle of the track, Progressive guitar riffs and solo parts, in combination with a non-trivial percussion part, are heard very harmoniously and without loss of emotional tension.
The lyric of the song sarcastically ridicules the weakness of the mental abilities of the average person before the influence of the information and propaganda machine of the media. 
Music seems to emphasize that the media is the same weapon as any other, but much more insidious, which makes the human psyche painful and narrows the worldview to a primitive.

Band playing music trying to bind to different genres, including Thrash, Groove, Core and even Death Metal. However, do not worth to be so categorical. Perhaps the material presented on the album should be attributed to some abstract concept such as Post Thrash. And this will be enough to maximize the selected band to designate a style to fit the melody, intelligent harmony, memorable, varied material and sometimes very interesting arrangements. Moreover, due to the mentioned elements, "Re:Born" has its own, well-defined mood and atmosphere.

The first live album by Italian Avant-garde Gothic Black Metal band.
“Piove Sangue” is a very special album, that celebrates the twenty-year anniversary of the Italian Extreme Metal pioneers, twenty years since the release of their first demo tape "An Abode For Spirit And Flesh" in 1998.
It was recorded live at Banská Bystrica (Slovakia), on the last date of the Total Metal Over Europe Tour, Pt. 2, which the band held with legendary German Thrashers Necronomicon, whose vocalist, Volker "Freddy" Fredrich, appeared on stage with Hortus Animae for a raging version of Slayer’s “Raining Blood” (from which the album also takes its title, in Italian).
This live highlights a tight band in great musical shape; it is an excellent overview of the band's history, and what you can expect when you see them live.
A must for fans of Enslaved, early Opeth, Cradle Of Filth, Dimmu Borgir, Arch Enemy, as well as for all the fans of finest Extreme Metal!!
