The third full-length studio album by legendary German Thrash Metal band.
Exumer has finally exhumed themselves from the dead and have decided to get back into the studio to unleash a long-awaited third album. This is the band's first full-length album since 1987, after 24 years of silence!
Combining punishing production with aggressive song writing, Exumer manage to capture the intensity and feel of the 1980s Thrash Metal gems while attaining modern sonic density.
Original vocalist Mem Von Stein makes a triumphant return, and is probably the best asset of this newish Exumer. He still has those solid, semi-clean Teutonic shouts 'n' shrieks in full order. Original guitarist Ray Mensh teams up with a new guy simply named HK. The bass of Tony Schiavo pops up to say hi now and again, while the boring drumming of Matthias Kassner pales when compared to the technicality and aggression of Syke Bornetto.

Electric polarity between aggressiveness of Black Metal and melodics of instrumental experiments covered by poetic lyrics.
The second album has not lost the distinctive feature of the band - a bilingual lyrics, where original tunes intertwined in Russian and Ukrainian languages, maintaining the mystique of Gogol and soft lullabies melodiousness of folk songs. Poetry has a special place: melo-declamations, fragments of poems of the Silver Age era, joined together with melody of Ukrainian speech.
Fausttophel do not adhere to strict canons as part of its style and constantly experimenting with arrangements. However, in the album clearly heard the old-school sound of music, instead of the newfangled sound. All this contrasted to the aggressive blasts, powerful high-speed guitar riffs and avant-garde instrumental compositions.
The new album like its predecessor is eclectic - it generates special recognizable musical underscore of Fausttophel.

First EP by russian-Ukrainian Melodic Black/Death Metal band.
After three full-length albums, this new release is very special for the band.
Last year brought a lot of bad news and took a lot of people with it into eternity. One of them was a friend and comrade of the band, the creator, leader and only permanent participant of the Ukrainian project Lunar Onlooker, Sergey Dmitrievich Semyan (Svaromir Golunsky), whose name is inextricably linked with the Poltava part of the history of Fausttophel, as well as the entire Metal community of that time.
Although there were no definite creative plans for Fausttophel for the beginning of this year, this sad event caused a sudden emotional impulse, which resulted in this release. "Ultimum Lupus" (The Last Wolf) is a tribute to Svaromir Golunsky.
Two of the tracks of the EP, "The Song of the Wolf" and "The Last Wolf", are written in the universe of "The People of the Great Fire" - a world created by the unbridled imagination of the poet. The third one is an interpretation of the song of Lunar Onlooker, "Гори, Полум'я, Відтінками Часу, Колір - Переможець Візьми!" (Mountains, Flame, Shades of Time, Color - Take the Winner!).
