Princess Stéphanie Marie Elisabeth of Monaco (born 1 February 1965) is the youngest child of Rainier III, Prince of Monaco, and American actress Grace Kelly. She is the younger sister of Albert II, Prince of Monaco, and Caroline, Princess of Hanover. Currently 14th in the line of succession to the Monégasque throne, she has been a singer, swimwear designer and fashion model.
It’s the first Single from her debut album, “Besoin”. The Single was released in both, French ("Ouragan") and English ("Irresistible") versions. This release includes both versions, as well as a 'multi-mix' version, which combines two songs.
"Ouragan" achieved its biggest success in France, where it debuted at number 17 on the chart edition of 5 April 1986 and rocketed up the chart, reached the top position on 26 April, stayed there for ten consecutive weeks, and eventually charted for a total of 29 weeks. The same year, it was certified Platinum Single by the Syndicat National de l'Édition Phonographique, for at least one million sales. "Ouragan" thus became the first Single to remain at the top of the French Singles Chart for at least ten weeks, beating the previous record hold by Peter and Sloane with "Besoin de rien, envie de toi" in 1985. It was the second best-selling Single in 1986, behind "Les Démons de minuit", by Images. "Ouragan" also peaked at number eleven in Switzerland.
In non-French-speaking countries, the song charted in its English version, titled "Irresistible". It was a hit in West Germany, where it debuted at number 46 on 14 April 1986, jumped to number eight the next week, reached number two for two weeks and counted 18 weeks on the chart. In addition, it peaked at number two in Spain, was a top five hit in Austria, but stalled at number 84 in the UK.
On the overall Eurochart Hot 100, it debuted at number 95, then jumped to number 11 and reached number two after 13 weeks on the chart, being blocked from the number one slot by Madonna's "Live to Tell", and remained on the chart for 29 weeks, 17 of them in top ten. Much played on radios, it reached number three for a consecutive three weeks on the European Airplay Top 50, spending eight weeks in the top ten out of a 15-week chart run.

After the success of her number one debut single "Ouragan" in the second quarter of 1986, Stéphanie decided to continue her musical career releasing an album, "Besoin", which met with success on the French Albums Chart, as it reached number six and was certified Gold. She then followed up "Ouragan" with a second Single, "Flash" (or "One Love To Give" - depends on version), which was eagerly awaiting by the public, who wanted to see whether the princess would be able to duplicate her first success.
The Single was released in both, French ("Flash") and English ("One Love To Give") versions. This release includes both versions, and "Le Sega Mauricien" song on the B-side. The "One Love To Give" song is a Remix Version on this release.
The Single was a top five hit in several European countries. "Flash" was certified Silver by the Syndicat National de l'Édition Phonographique for at least 250,000 units. The English version, "One Love To Give", had a great success in Sweden, where it debuted at number nine in the late December 1986 and topped the chart for one month. It was also a top three hit in Finland, and peaked at number ten in Germany.

The album was released in September 1986, incorporating Dance-Pop, Synth-Pop, Dance and Pop music. In some countries, it was released as "Live Your Life", or simply "Stephanie". All versions include the same 9 core tracks, but track sequence varies and different combinations of French/English versions are included. CD's also include remixes. Later CD re-releases were retitled ("L'Album D'Or", "Rendez-Vous", "Irresistible", "Ouragan", "Dance With Me") but include the same tracks as the original 1986 CD's.
"Besoin" reached number six at the French Albums Chart and the Swedish Albums Chart, number twelve at the German Albums Chart, and number 59 at the Austrian Albums Chart. It reportedly sold in approximately 1.5 million units, and achieved Gold status in France for over 100 000 units.
Despite the success of "Besoin", Stéphanie did not make a follow-up for five years until the release of the second album, "Stephanie", in 1991.
