This is the first label's release on CD (all previous audio-releases was made on cassettes). Compilation contains post-Soviet Underground bads that was distributed by label in late 90's - beginning of 00's.
At first it's was planned to release in 2000-2002, but in reason that label stopped the activity for a few years, the release saw the light only in 2007.
