The third full-length studio album by legendary British Pop Rock/Beat band.
This is the first of The Beatles' album to be recorded entirely on four-track tape, allowing for good stereo mixes.
While showcasing the development of the band's songwriting talents, the album sticks to the basic Rock and Roll instrumentation and song format. The album contains some of their most famous songs, including the title track, with its distinct, instantly recognizable opening chord, and the previously released "Can't Buy Me Love"; both were transatlantic number-one singles for the band. Side one of the album containing songs from the soundtrack to their film "A Hard Day's Night". The American version of the album was released two weeks earlier, on 26 June 1964 by United Artists Records, with a different track listing.
In 2000, album was placed at number five in a list of the "100 Greatest British Albums Ever". In 2012, album was voted 307th on Rolling Stone Magazine's list of the "500 Greatest Albums of All Time".

The eleventh full-length studio album by legendary British Pop-Rock/Beat band.
The band's last recorded album, although "Let It Be" was the last album, released before the band's dissolution in 1970.
"Abbey Road" is widely regarded as one of The Beatles' most tightly constructed albums, although the band was barely operating as a functioning unit at the time.
Despite the tensions within the band, "Abbey Road" was released to near universal acclaim and is considered to be one of the greatest albums of all time. In 2012, it was voted 14th on Rolling Stone Magazine's list of the "500 Greatest Albums of All Time". In 2009, readers of the magazine also named “Abbey Road” the greatest of The Beatles' album.
