RAGE AGAINST THE MACHINE

The third re-release of the first DVD by legendary American Alternative Rock/Rap/Funk Metal band.
"Rage Against The Machine" home video (also known as "Rage Against The Machine: The Video" or "Live At The Grand Olympic Auditorium") was released in 1997 on VHS and 1998 on DVD, and it's includes footage from various performances as well as video clips.
Towards the end of their Summer 1997 Evil Empire Tour, the band decided to put together a video, as they had a huge backlog of live performance recordings. They taped the last two shows of the tour, then added live material from 1994, 1996, and all the music videos. The "Rage Against The Machine" DVD compiles band's iconic, politically charged live performances and music videos, showcasing explosive concerts with tracks like "Killing in the Name", "Bulls on Parade", and "Testify", alongside uncensored videos and bonus features like Zack de la Rocha's poetry readings or protest footage from the 2000 DNC.
The "Rage Against The Machine" DVD is a must-have for fans, capturing the band's raw power and activism, blending intense live energy with their powerful message.
Tracks 2 and 3 recorded live on September 18 and 19, 1997 at the Irvine Meadows Amphitheatre in Irvine, California.
Tracks 4 to 7 recorded live on May 24, 1996 in Nurburgring, Germany at the Rock Am Ring Festival and originally broadcast on MTV Europe on the TV show 'Rage Against The Machine Live 'N' Direct'.
Tracks 8 to 10 recorded live on August 23, 1996 in Reading, England at the Reading Festival.
Tracks 11a and 11b recorded live on May 23, 1994 in Landgraaf, Netherlands at the Pink Pop Festival.

The second re-release of the third full-length studio album by legendary American Alternative Rock/Rap/Funk Metal band.
The album has been certified double Platinum by the Recording Industry Association of America, indicating sales of at least two million units. At the 43rd Annual Grammy Awards, it was nominated for Best Rock Album, and the song "Guerrilla Radio" won the award for Best Hard Rock Performance. In their year-end lists, Time and Rolling Stone magazines both named "The Battle Of Los Angeles" the best album of 1999. Retrospectively, it was ranked No. 426 on Rolling Stone's 2003 list of The 500 Greatest Albums of All Time. In 2005, the album was listed at No. 53 on "Spin's List of The 100 Greatest Albums of 1985 - 2005", as well as No. 369 on Rock Hard Magazine's book "The 500 Greatest Rock & Metal Albums of All Time". In 2021, Metal Hammer Magazine named it one of the 20 Best Metal Albums of 1999.

"The Battle Of Mexico City" was recorded live on October 28, 1999 in Mexico City's MX Palacio de los Deportes as part of the band's The Battle of Los Angeles Tour. The concert was the band's first in Mexico City, which was chosen as the band had been longtime supporters of various political causes in Mexico.
Rage Against The Machine’s first-ever performance in the Mexican capital, is fierce, funky, and uncompromising. "The Battle Of Mexico City" features electrifying performances of “Testify”, “Guerrilla Radio”, “Bulls On Parade” and “Killing In The Name”.
