The fifth full-length album by Slovakian Atmospheric Death Metal band.
The introduction to this CD was EP "Alternativa 666", containing 3 songs, as a result of cooperation with US Extreme Metal label Apocrypha Records. And the next logical step of this collaboration was a full-length CD "Book of Phantasma".
The new album demonstrates how Phantasma has progressed, in both technicality and songwriting ability, since its last, critically acclaimed EP, "Alternativa 666". Released on Halloween, CD includes 44 minutes of punishing, blasphemous, hate-filled anthems in the vein of such hellish acts as Behemoth and Zyklon, with each track representing a dark, haunting chapter of the menacing "Book Of Phantasma".
"Book Of Phantasma" continues to impress with its the dark melodies over technical brutal riffs. These guys really perfected their own modern take on the Blackened Death Metal genre!
